If you don't have a Gmail account,click on the "Create an account" and register for a Gmail account.
click the "New Blog" button to start your blog. A new window will appear
And click "Create blog".

Step1: Choose your preferred blogging platform

Step2: Navigate to blogger.com using your web browser
Step3: Sign in using your Google Account (Gmail) to get started.
If you have a Gmail account, then log in.If you don't have a Gmail account,click on the "Create an account" and register for a Gmail account.
Step4: Click on "New Blog"
click the "New Blog" button to start your blog. A new window will appear
Step5: Select a “Blog title” and an available URL for your blog.
And click "Create blog".
Step6: Create your first post
To
start writing, click the "Start blogging!" link underneath your blog's
title, or click the orange Pencil button. This will take you to the post
editor.
now click new post.
Step7: Give your post a title
At the top of the editor, you will see a "Post title" field. This title will appear at the top of the post on your blog, and will show up at the top of the window when the post is selected. Make your title attractive, because it needs to draw the reader in.- your first post should be introductory in nature but its not mandatory.Write the content you want to create and by click on "Publish" button your post will be available for public.
- If you don't want to publish this post now you can save it by click on "Save" button in upper right corner your post will be save as draft.
